Lovely Nails

I came in for a manicure and deluxe pedicure. They have a great selection of polish colours and were able to serve me pretty quickly as a walk in. Very lovely and friendly staff too. However end result was pretty average unfortunately, cost of service ($75) did not reflect expected quality. Fingernails were not shaped very well and cuticles not fully removed - very rushed, pedicure from a distance looks fine but up close polish not applied well and I was cut on one of my toes. They were kind enough to give me a small discount for not getting polish on my fingers though ($5). Also the massage chair was really nice. They had a few regulars come in while I was there so they must do something right, but based on my experience I probably won't go back.

Best pedicure I’ve had! The team member took her time and my feet are literally smooth and perfect. The service was fantastic too - friendly and all smiles despite being so busy :) Thank you!

This really is a lovely nail salon. The Vietnamese lady who did my nails did a great job and was really nice to talk to. Fab customer service, thanks so much!

Great service, they’re all lovely and my nails last for ages. Highly recommend but you have to book as they’re always busy

The staff are very friendly and nice. But they're too busy rushing their work that clients like myself are then dealing with tender/raw cuticles.I won't be coming back simply because im now deing with pain and raw fingernails.. Lovely nails staff - take your time and more care for your clients nails. The $70 I spent, for your services to have this to deal with. Is just disgraceful

I have been coming to this place for 2 years and I always love their work. The art is amazing and the employees are always so lovely ❤️❤️
