Great product range and always have had friendly staff here. They're also open a bit longer than other chemists which is handy - until 8pm weekdays and 6pm weekends. Plenty of parking underneath the building in the combined car park for Big Bear shopping centre.

Visited Wednesday 7/9/22 at about 08:45. My script clearly says no brand substitute, they still tried to give me the pharmacy brand. When it came to paying the attendant asked if I wanted a bag, I said yes, wasn't given a bag. Not asking for much here.

The pharmacists are really helpful and attentive to customers' needs. The aisles in this pharmacy are spacious while the prices are reasonably set, competitive with Chemist Warehouse. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service experience. We rang & gave 30mins warning that we were coming in for a booster. We did the paperwork & then had to wait just under an hour as every other person walked in with a prescription and took precedence over us. When did a queue/line not mean you serve in order? Just the fact that we weren't told there'd be a long wait was frustrating as we would have understood given there was only one pharmacist on duty. Customer service 101, keep the customer informed.
