Aquire has been nothing but amazing for us, they gave us the opportunity of renting our first unit when we had no past rental experience and they have all been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. we want to say a special thanks to Jess our first property manager she was an absolute gem, incredibly helpful and she made us feel like all the dumb questions we had were valid and always was quick with a response. Have recently moved into a new property with Acquire real estate, Desire being the property manager. I have nothing but great words to say about how the easy the whole process has been. Desire has been in contact the whole time throughout the application process to the move in date.Also has been very helpful with follow up questions and responds promptly and professionally.Would 100% recommend to anyone else to rent as a tenant or use as their rental agency.

Darren sold us a house with termite damage. He didn’t disclose this and we only found out during the pest and building. Upon finding out we needed some time to digest the information and make our own enquiries but he threatened to rescind our contract if we didn’t go ‘unconditional’ immediately. It felt like we were being bullied. He lied to us from start to finish. Dealing with him turned what’s supposed to be a happy, exciting time into a nightmare.

There were some initial issues with staff turnover, however since Desire has been looking after us, we have been very happy with the service. Desire is prompt & professional when it comes to any concerns or questions regarding our property.
