I have been to a number of gyms over the last few years and I am confident in saying that the rig is by far the best that I have found. The layout and quality of equipment makes training super easy. I have felt so welcomed since joining and have seen dramatic improvements over the last couple of months. Overall, this gym has provided me with a judgement-free, fun and motivational environment and I would recommend it to everyone!

I've tried a few gyms around, by far this one is special.All staff are legends, friendly approachable and on many occasions have been more than happy to help me with any questions about form and techniques I might have.Atmosphere is great and equipment is always in good shape.Love the rig and the team.

Such a great gym to train at and all the people you meet here are lovely including all the staff. The classes were great and the trainers really take the time to get to know your goals and push you to train hard. Definitely recommend the classes to those wanting to stay fit and needing motivation.

Found this Gym while on holidays on the central coast. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great selection of equipment which is all very modern and in good condition. I used it most days while up there and any of the members I bumped into were all polite and respectful. Would highly recommend this place.

Great gym! Although lost a star due to lack of mirrors, very important for form assessing but all around good vibe :)
