For excellent customer service I would highly recommend coming to this pharmacy. The staff are really friendly and so helpful.I went there to get my Covid vaccination. The pharmacy has a great online booking system. Plus while I was there they booked me in for my second dose. The online booking system was great as it was easy to use and sent reminder messages.I had a very skilled pharmacist proving the injection and it didn’t hurt. He he also eased my mind by answering all questions and, best of all, he gave me a lollipop!

Very friendly srvice..Terry and Adam are lovely people. Helped me through the covid vaccination process. Explained the symptoms and the precautions to be taken and booked my next appointment as well. Definitely reccomend this place.

The team at Pennant Hills Pharmacy are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and go the extra mile by delivering my medication to me while I cannot drive post surgery. They are very prompt with their follow up and have been very helful and supportive while explaining how some of my medications work, what to expect etc. What a huge turn around from the previous owners and team who used to stair and smirk if I came in looking at their gift department when I wasn't feeling or looking my best. If you've not been in since the change of ownership, I can assure you that you'll have a great experience on your next visit. Thanks to the Pennant Hills Pharmacy team for your great service, friendliness and support.
