Very disappointed. Despite being a loyal client, My car was given a $700 service & had a $2000 repair done. It was only after they were finished and charged me these costs that they advised the issue was actually with the entire motor that needed to be replaced. This really should have been told to me first so that I could replace the motor/decide what to do and then service the vehicle.

Just wanted to say I have used these guys twice (forgot to rate last time) both times have provided exceptional service. Last time I got a battery replaced, very well priced and today I called as I thought there was a battery fault and it had a 24month warranty. Jason got a staff member to come out to me and jump-start the car and then recommended I bring in to inspect, found ultinator needed replacing and managed to get a staff member to drop me home. Meanwhile he said he thought he would be 1-2 days to fix but called me the same afternoon to say the job was done, amazing service/speedy/friendly and accommodating.

Unless you want just a service, I would not recommend this place to anybody. They didn’t ask us any questions about our problems, they are rude although acting very nice with a smile. They don’t give you enough information and couldn’t answer a lot of my questions like ‘where is this part coming from?’ They charged us for things we did not need, they did however give us a refund for that but I would never return to this place again. They charged us over $400 and didn’t fix any problems. They claimed to have test driven it afterwards but when we tried to leave town a couple days later our car still had the same problems.RAC managed to diagnose our issue and when we mentioned this to a Bridgestone member he replied ‘that’s bullshit’. Then told us that afternoon that, that is the case..
