From the start I could Tell these guys know there stuff, I came into the Brisbane Store wanting only a bench top fryer as I was trying to get the best price. Every shop i went and asked all they wanted to do was supply and never asked any sort of questions. Clayton from the Brisbane store asked questions and after I answered them I soon realized that I didn't need a bench top fryer I really needed to upgrade to a free standing fryer due to the volume of food we now cook. Will never purchase through FED again, product and service is absolute rubbish. Warranty isn't worth the paper its written on. Will never buy this cheap rubbish online again.

I have purchased a number of items from FED. All of them now have had to be replaced due to the extremely poor quality and that FED doesn't have in stock any of the necessary replacement parts. (They have to come from china on the slow boat). When enquiring about break downs or replacement parts they never get back to you and only do so when threatened with legal action. Very poor company to deal with.
