Called them for an emergency at my workplace at 9.30am on weekday to open a door that has been jammed.The man on the phone told me he could not come to the job personally and would send another technician.Only to find out later that the technician is from another business (swift locksmiths) when I was hit with a large bill, saw a different business name on the eftpos receipt and getting written quote/invoice on the spot was difficult.This was very deceitful. If they were not available, just say so. Don't send another business out posing as part of your business.

I had a problem with my car, so I called Matt. From the beginning, he had a rude attitude on the phone. When he got to the spot he immediately said we had to replace the ignition and that would be 750 dollars. I tried asking questions to understand more what was going on and why I'll be paying for that but he seemed very upset with the questions he was just pushing to do the service. I called my brother for advice and Matt started waving to show that he was wasting his time. I get that he got more work, but since he didn't explain to me, I wanted to make sure a 750 repair was what the car needed. I canceled service with him and ended up getting the car fixed for 350 and knowing why.So disappointed with his customer service.

Matt was absolutely wonderful. He arrived within half an hour. Was extremely helpful with explaining car stuff with my ignition. He was very patient and understanding (for I don't understand car talk). Very polite and professional. Would highly recommend his service to all.
