I used to take my van to this car wash and get a “ready to sell” detailing minus the engine clean for $100. Went back here recently and they charged me $120 and said it was extra to clean the roof and steam the 2 seats. When I went to pick it up I had to ask them to finish cleaning the dash and even then, they still didn’t clean it properly (see pic). I couldn’t be bothered asking again so I will be taking my van elsewhere next time.

Asked for a car wash, vacuum and detail for the hire car I am using these past two weeks. Was told it would cost $75 (due to it being a 4x4) and asked to come back in an hour.Pretty disappointed with the result as:-Stains on seats that hadn't been attempted to be cleaned at all.-Dust all over the dash and gear box-Boot hadn't been properly vacuumed or wiped-Spare seats hadn't been cleaned at, despite paying extra for it being a 4x4Do not go here!

When I turned to my regular car wash and found a huge line up of cars waiting I did a u turn and headed back to the office. On my way back to work, I stumbled across Premium Car Wash and thought ‘why not?’. Best snap decision ever! Greeted by a very friendly attendant, offered a complimentary coffee at a local cafe and returned to find my car sparkling clean and quite obviously given some hands on special attention along with a complimentary car air freshener. Will definitely return - they gave a new customer in me!

Exellent service, my car was clean from inside and outside. The staff are very polite and nice. Acceptable price. I got a free polishing and free coffee! It will be my favorite place from now on. I will come back for sure!

We paid $80 for a the highest level of servicing but was very disappointed with the end result. We have a dog and assumed that the clean would get majority of the hair out. To our shock the entire boot was still covered in dog hair. Also on the back seat the floor looked like it hadn't been vaccumed. Definitely will not be going back

Such great service! I am selling myolder car and needed a cut and polish, as well as a steam clean in the rear. The paint had definitely seen better days and was significantly oxidised. They hand delivered my car as I live nearby, and it looked brand new, shiny and red! Not only that but they gave me a complementary interior polish, and the entire car was spotless and smelled amazing. Everyone I spoke to was a pleasure to deal with, highly recommended.

I have been coming to this car wash for a long time and in the past it was great. In the last few months they appear to have a new manager and he is dodgy and deceptive. They have always had set packages (bronze, silver, gold, platinum) but this new guy refuses to give you a package as your car is 'very dirty' and tries to bargain and manipulate you into getting a more expensive, customised package. Stay away, I would trust this shonk as far as I could throw him.
