Insight 2 Pilates
Wow! I love this space… I’ve been doing Pilates for about 15 years and I’m weary of new trendy studios popping everywhere but this place is the REAL DEAL! Informed, down to earth instructors who spend time with each person correcting or challenging you further. Great for newcomers or seasoned Pilates members. Thanks team I love the atmosphere you’ve created for us :)

Absolutely love the space and environment that is Insight 2 Pilates. Such a welcoming boutique studio. The instructors are amazing! They take the time to understand the different levels of their clients - from taking the time to teach those new to pilates the correct technique, to exploring add-ons or variations to push those who may be more experienced. Doing all of this while keeping the class inclusive and engaging. This is why I will be coming back multiple times a week!

What an amazing experience it was doing reformer Pilates workout at this studio!Danni and her team are extremely knowledgeable instructors, adaptable to all capabilities and injuries, supportive and have created a beautiful safe space to workout in. Can’t wait to continue my pilates journey at Insight 2 Pilates.

Amazing calming relaxing space. First time doing Pilates and felt very welcomed, was very supported and guided to make me feel comfortable. Highly recommend Insight 2 Pilates the instructors are incredible.

Insight 2 Pilates
I have been doing Pilates for only a few months (elsewhere) & have been enjoying it. Although I have only attended 2 sessions so far at Insight 2 Pilates, I AM ABSOLUTELY LOVING it. Danielle (the owner) has created a studio space with a beautiful calming, cosy feel, but the biggest drawcard for me has been learning under Danielle. Her knowledge, professionalism & welcoming manner makes it an amazing experience coming to class & I have no doubt that the other instructors will have the same vibe. Thank you Danielle, Nicole & Charmaine. I'm so looking forward to my next session .

Insight 2 Pilates has truly changed my life. As a newcomer to Pilates, this space has empowered me in ways I never thought possible. I can't say enough about Danielle and her team, they've been incredibly supportive, always there to correct my form, make adjustments for my injuries and challenge me to do my best on the reformer. Danielle has created a welcoming and nurturing environment that has made my Pilates journey an unforgettable and transformative experience. I eagerly look forward to every single session.

I had tried Pilates previously but could never find the addiction to keep myself motivated, when I saw Insight was opening up I thought I might as well give it a go and WOW! I am obsessed with making time to go to Pilates and I am so thankful to all the team for supporting me and keeping me accountable. Every class you feel supported and if you can’t do a certain exercise they will tailor another one to support you and ensure you are getting the care your body needs! I couldn’t thank Danielle and the team enough I am ADDICTED!!!

As a fairly new beginner to the world of Pilates, and having tried other local studios, Insight 2 Pilates is the best I've experienced! A warm, welcoming and professional atmosphere where you feel inclusive no matter your abilities! Well done to Danielle and her team on giving the community a beautiful space to learn, practice and connect with others on their journey of well being!
