OUTLOOK Fish'n'Chips TEWANTIN

We use to come here quite abit for the delicious fish burgers and chips. Today we were very disappointed really sorry to say. Could hardly find the small bit of fish in the burger. The overcooked chips were obviously cooked in old oiI. The photos on your menu clearly don't match what you produce..I will say the premises are very clean and service is very polite.

Always friendly, (hi, Liam ! ) always good value, always fresh.I've been coming here for take-away lunch nearly every week for quite a while. The fish is excellent, especially the snapper, and the chips always spot-on. The lunch specials are great value for money, especially the $10 burger (good old-fashioned Aussie burger with beetroot !) and chips. I'll keep coming back.

There were 3 boys running the shop.. absolutely clueless. It took them 1 hour to get us one piece of fish, chips and a burger. People who came in after us got food before us. The man who was there before us told us he had been waiting over an hour for a small chips. Management if completely failing. Not one adult was present in the shop. All teenagers who had no clue. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Get some better staff or train your current team how to work. Waited for over half an hour to receive cold fish and chips. Staff are so slow. One guy picking at his face while slowly preparing food. Waste of my time and money. Bad food, bad service, bad value. Sort your staff out! How many times did you call out my order? 20? That's just a straight up lie. I wasn't gone for 30mins. I stepped out for a couple of mins a couple of times.Don't worry I won't be back. Not under current management. Plenty of other business do better and deserve business. Your customer service is bad. You clearly don't care about satisfied customers. Or hygiene. I know what I would have done if a customer was unhappy at a place I was working for or managing. What any good business would do. I know what I would tell my staff to do if they were constantly touching their face as well. I'd hate to see how that place is cleaned at the end of the shift with standards like you currently have.Sort yourself and your staff out. Be better. Train them or get training yourself first so that you have the tools to help your staff. Bad business smh. Sad that instead of trying to fix the situation you justify it with a lie. I highly recommend not doing that in the future. Own your mistakes. Learn from them. Don't be sorry, just be better

Absolutely disgusting service. Rang for to order for 1hr from work. Not answered once. Stop at shop three young boys working there. They had no idea. There was man in front of me trying to ask how much longer his order would be. Idiot's wouldn't even answer him or take our orders. They only had 4 orders on their rack. The man said he'd been waiting 1hr for 1 piece of fish and chips. Your food is not that good to put up with that kind of service. Drove extra distance to Noosaville Seafood market over the bridge.

Couldn’t help but to order 2kg of cooked prawn to bring home with me after finishing a whole meal in store. Look at the size of these prawns guys!!! Too huge to handle. Would definitely come back.

We have guests from overseas and interstate. Decided to have a night off from cooking. We ordered fish and chips and we’re given the most disgusting chips we’ve ever seen. Just looking at them we could tell they were old and reheated and my guess would be more than once. They were yellow, soft and horrible and after tasting one each they went in the bin. The fish was supposed to be cod but it wasn’t identifiable. Outlook fish n chips, I cannot begin to understand why you would risk losing your business by serving such rubbish. We won’t be back and we’ll tell all our friends. No excuse and 1 star is too much for this bad business.

Best calamari I’ve ever had!!, dimsims were yummy, chips were crunchy and portion size is very generous, we ordered a medium for our 4 person family and definitely could have just gotten a small, fish was tasty… would be 5 stars if the fish was wrapped & Labelled. We actually travelled from Sunrise Beach because we were on a budget, so this fish&chip shop is actually a tad cheaper than everywhere else :) think we saved about $15-$20

Seriously bad. The worst fish & potato scallops I've ever had. And I'm 45, and I like potato scallops and always order them! I am not quite sure how you both over cook them and yet somehow make them soggy and oily, but they were. Chips were fine thankfully, but I ordered a large and it wasn't enough. I usually order a medium chips from another Noosa based Fish & Chip shop and struggle to finish them, so the portion size is small. I don't post often, but this was so bad I needed to share.
