Went here late at night and the toilet were very poorly lit, nothing in the block was lit up and no light in the cubicles themselves. Thankfully I had my phone torch. Two standard toilets and two disabled. Hand dryers available, there was hand soap but this was in the form of a bar of soap sitting on the hand dryer. I'm unsure if this was left by a fellow traveller or by the council as some kind of joke.
