Chemist Warehouse Chadstone Homemaker Centre

The arrogant pharmacist George K at this store is nothing but rude and has no customer service skills what's so ever and is clearly in the wrong job. After waiting more than 15 minutes for him to site one page to authorise a copy of a piece of paperwork and get a script filled he gives us a bit paper telling us he can't help us and to go down to another chemist close by because he was too busy and walked off on us. We were in shock at the rudeness and arrogance of this individual. Can't believe a chain as big as chemist warehouse employ's such a person and reading reviews this is clearly not the first complaint about Mr Customer Service aka George K. My business is now taken to priceline where there pharmacist treats people in the right way and understands the responsibilities of there job to the community.

I agree with some of the previous posts and this is the best pharmacy team I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! They are all so incredibly helpful, they take time with you and explain medications clearly.There is such easy access to parking, it’s always fully stocked with everything you need and plenty of staff around to help.This pharmacy has been integral in me avoiding the doctor on a number of occasions due to the care they take to answer questions for small ailments for myself and my children.Thank you!

The pharmacist was very rude and unprofessional, i was already standing over there for over 20 min, the pharmicist need to learn some manners how to assist people who are in need. Its ridiculous. giving a reason that he is busy, will assist who are after me in the queue

There is a young pharmacist would rather hear himself speak then actually listen to you. There is nothing more frustrating than dealing with him. I won't be returning, not that he cares.

George and all the staff here are nice and caring towards me if you've never had to wait for a prescription before you obviously don't go to the chemist often enough. They also stock heaps of products I have trouble getting at other chemists without invasive questions being asked toward me so I appreciate the care I receive here.

5 stars because I trust George the most as my pharmacist. People need to realise that prescriptions are not a fast food service. I feel safe knowing that George gives every patient his time to ensure they are taking their medications safely and correctly (unlike many other pharmacies I’ve been to). Thank you George for all you do for the community!

It always takes way too long to wait for prescriptions at this store. The Pharmacist George is lovely but often gets distracted by customers and speaks for far too long while those waiting are there for a long time. Today it took me 30 minutes waiting simply because people just walk up to the counter and talk. The pharmacist needs to realise that it is a huge inconvenience to customers waiting.

Why would someone rate a Chemist Warehouse a five star business? Afterall it's a normal pharmacy, right?Well, they get 5* for George. He is a fabulous pharmacist. He takes time to answer customers'/patients' queries, he is polite and he is professional. Not only has he been patient with me, but also with everyone else.Another interesting thing about this pharmacy is the Wellness centre. They have a decent size room with equipment and they plan to expand it for other services too.The parking at the Homemaker centre is huge and accessible to everyone.Lastly, CW almost always has lower medicine prices.

This isn't my usual pharmacy, so I was pleasantly surprised when I visited. The shelves were well stocked, the aisles were wide, and the shop was uncrowded.The layout was logical and I could find the niche product I was after quickly.I'd definitely come back.

We visited Chemist Warehouse this afternoon for vitamin and other things. We didn't find a suitable vitamin D. Your nice staff Sophie came along to explain to us patiently. We felt very warm with excellent service. Sophie has very good knowledge to answer all our needs. We really enjoyed our experience at this 5 stars Chemist Warehouse.
