Fantastic chemist. Highly recommend, the pharmacists that are there are always very informative as well as the general staff.Has been my chemist for around 7 years , even when it was located at Umina Mall before the fire and the staff hired are always very friendly.Well stocked products, when chemist didn’t have the brand I wanted they got it in for me & have continued to stock as I purchase monthly.

Sadly lacking in empathy and customer service. The junior/assistant pharmacist (stocky with curly hair) seems to take a holier-than-thou attitude with customers, treating them with suspicion and being kind of judgmental. Rather than trying, in his capacity as a pharmacist, to provide advice and/or remedy on alleviation of symptoms, he seems to relish exerting authority and disdain, as if he is somehow superior (perhaps fancies himself a doctor). Give this place a miss and go to any of the other pharmacies around (there's one right across the road from this one), where you're likely to get treated with a bit more respect as well as get cheaper prices.

The pharmacistis rude and unprofessional. Deny to show the name of covid vaccine before inject as other places always!!! show what you get. It's customer right to see what about to be injected to their body. Hopefully people have the right vacine with this Bloom Pharmacy!!!

Very rude staff the pharmacist is extremely rude and discriminates his less fortunate customers . Horrible chemist there's 2 other lovely chemists within 2mins.If I could give minus 5 stars I would. Left in tears because he said he was in a bad mood . Just an ugly human , the kiwi chick was just as bad aa him

Had to go to another place because they were rude to my insurance company and now my insurance company does not want to deal with them was not convenient for me at all
