This is a pharmacy situated in a complex but you do not need a lift. It is on street level. Always have had good service. Some gifts. Doctors and radiology nearby. Coffee shop...Silverback.Marked parking area.Now Terry White Chemist.

We received some very helpful advice from one of the pharmacists , on CoVid boosters, after conflicting information from some medical staff at my usual general practice.

Very disappointing! Went this morning to get my medicine but the labelling on the medication box has shown a wrong prescribing doctor, so I went back and asked politely if they could change it.The young lady took my request to the pharmacist Tyson who changed the labelling on his computer in an annoyed and arrogant way, making fun about my request by saying: Who cares!" and kept talking to his co worker in derogratory manner.They made me feel humiliated and therfore I will never go back again."

Very disappointed with the service provided in a difficult situation. As a GP I realise there are limitations in terms of bureaucracy when it comes to accessing certain medications but being on the other side of the fence this time as a patient who is required to frequently travel due to my medical role within Defence I was left feeling unsupported without any offer to try to assist me in coming up with a possible solution to my unique situation and problem. Even if unable to help I believe it is an important part of care to provide empathy and acknowledgment. Based on this interaction would be reluctant to recommend this business to my friends, family or patients in future. Hoping that provision of constructive feedback will avoid others feeling the way I felt today.

The friendly staff is amazing and they know you and always ask how you are. Tyson the pharmacist and all the pharmacist are so caring and take the time to explain what you need to know.

My main pharmacist, Employees are kind and helpful. I only wish meds were ordered more so there isn’t wait times ,but overall I am happy

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help me while I was sick. Great service and highly recommend.

So much for price matching! This one will only match a price on a docket from another pharmacy. They don't match Chemist Warehouse which is 2km down the road. My meds are on average 60% cheaper at Chemists Warehouse and for the saving of $22.00 on my scripts, worth the drive down the hill.Their attitude was equally arrogant. Hardly caring.Always do your homework. Well worth it.
