Hair N Care

womans hair dresser...I got dragged here by my misses...really really boring...I had to sit there for hours while she got foils and other weirdly expensive stuff done to her head.....maybe she shoulda left me at home.....or get free wifi for us poor blokes...

I have been here a few times and the girls I have had were fabulous. Yesterday a man who was said to be the Boss cut my hair. Terrible cutter...should stick to managing and not cutting.

Usually Tess cuts my hair and it looks great but I needed a haircut and she wasn't there - the new lady didn't listen to a thing I asked for! Just hacked off hair and kept going until she stopped because I looked mad. In the future I will just ask for Tess.

Worst service i have ever come across ,I run my own business and care about my clients, it is very sad to see how the manager can let down a business with no customer service.I approach the manager telling her that the hairdresser have left a patch on my sons hair and she rudely said if I don't like it don't come back! no apologies, o solutions.I requested the name and number of the owner and she will no give it either.Really sad for this owner, if she only knew.Think twice if you want to go to this place.

Walked in to get a simple fade haircut after showing them a photo and they said it was too hard and to go around the corner to the barber I walked to the barber and they said it was a very easy cut to doI was trying to give them business cause they hadn't had anyone walk in 10min but I guess they don't want it

Went to get a hair cut on 26/8/18. Firstly the 2 didn't even acknowledge us. Finally women mumbles we'd be next. Before we know it, women is gone. We look at 2nd hairdresser who says that she went to be bathroom. We wait. And wait. And wait. She finally comes back. Not a word. Gestures to a chair. We sit our son down on a chair without a booster? Kid's way too low. Women throws cover over kid, who at this point isn't happy. He is freaking out. No word from hairdresser to kid, trying to perhaps help clam him. 2 year old's still freaking out. Women makes 5 cuts at random points. We stop the charade as kid's not happy. We're being charged $24.00. wow. Thanks for the compassion? Thanks for trying to make the little one feel like it wasn't so bad. Charging for 3-4 mins of work and not even offering to perhaps come back another time etc...ridiculous. Def not going back there.
