My family and I had a great experience at TC smiles. We were able to book in without long wait times and the staff were exceptional with my children and my nervous self! I can confidently say my 6 and 8 year old have absolutely no fear of the dentist after our visit today, with one requesting another appointment this afternoon because she had so much fun!! I found my visit very comfortable, supportive and thorough. I really appreciated the time Dr Wall took to educate me following my appointment. Cannot recommend enough!

I had my teeth whitened at short notice and the service I received was excellent. From the minute I got there to the minute I left everything had been explained to me and the procedure took place without any issues. All the staff are extremely friendly and I cannot thank them enough for a good service. I really recommend giving these guys a try

Registration was user friendly, all online. Didn’t have to write a paper. Getting an appointment was also easy. Dr Wall was very accommodating, happy to answer questions. Xray helped to see further any underlying concerns, happy to come back!

I have never ever had a more pleasant dental experience. Like most, the dentist terrifies me however after a long stint away I bit the bullet and went in for a check up and clean. Dr Wall was extremely friendly, comforting, understanding and put me at ease from the minute I arrived. Extreme professionalism. Thorough check and explanation given. Reassured every step of the way. Very honest about what I actually needed as opposed to what other dentists have told me in the past. The clinic is run exceptionally well. Follow up calls received the day after a procedure to check on my well-being. The administration team are kind, welcoming and thorough. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

This was my first visit to TC Smiles and I am very impressed. After a few dental visits in the past that have left me uncomfortable, I had a very different experience today with Dr Wall. He was so thorough and explained everything with photos so that I could see and understand. The clean itself (quite overdue) was relatively painless and quick yet again thorough, and my teeth feel great now! I have already booked my return visit.
