Got their Continental Cake to celebrate a birthday. The cake was good but the service wasn't the best. The lady reorganising the cake wasn't friendly at all, slightly ignoring us as we asked the flavours of the cake. The cake itself was nice, unclear of the actual flavour but with fresh cream and a small cannoli on top with simple presentation.

This shop has yummy cheese cakes.The price is around 12-14 AUD per slice.The staff also friendly.There is a dining area to have food comfortably.

Came on a Saturday at around 2pm. They were REALLY busy and needed to line up for a while. I don’t know if they’re normally busy or if it was cause it was close to Mother’s Day ?? Either way, it was worth the wait.The girl who served me was great. She made sure the food I got was placed safely in the box and she warned me about keeping the box straight etc.The food was great. Really unique and high quality. Although they are probably pricier than other places, definitely worth it!!I got the:- almond croissant (think it was $6): really good. It had an interesting texture. Crispy on the outside but had a softish, more dense filling which is interesting !! Great taste too- ricotta cannoli ($5): loved it. Couldn’t fault it- 5 element pistachio choux ($9): quite unique and nice tasting. But be careful cause the top slips off easily hahahah- baked ricotta cheesecake ($6.50): quite nice!! Simple but good taste

I like the coffee but you just lost a customer over a piece of marshmallow. Pretty lousy customer service experience.Ordered coffee ok a regular here, forgot to “order” the marshmallow and was told pretty rudely to “you need to order next time”. It was for my 2 year old, you think they’d be a bit friendly and welcoming to him.Yes your shop you make the rules, but every other place gives them for free and I’m taking my business elsewhere

Prime croissants for this bakery! Drove all the way from Blue Mountains for this and forced my partner to buy some because I had these 2 years ago and since then it never left my mind. Coffee is 10/10. Kudos to this bakery!

Thet have the best treats around. I ordered several birthday cakes from them by calling it emailing and they even do nut free cakes. You guys are the best!!

Desserts and bread were good, lots of choices, but might be better to go there in the morning. We went in the afternoon and lots were already sold-out. Drinks were just right
