I was introduced to Sarah by a mutual friend for my first property purchase.After paying the deposit for my apartment, there was a burst pipe within the apartment, in which to rectify they knocked out a row of bricks, chased all the pipes to the wall, water damaged the floor 5 days before settlement.Sarah was extremely knowledgeable, available and presented multiple options regarding what the processes were with proceeding with settlement, as well as obligations of both parties to the contract.She communicated with the real estate agent, strata manager, vendors solicitors, plumbing contractors in regards to the work that had to be completed all whilst keeping me updated throughout the process.The ending result was that I had new floors, a new hot water system, rendered and painted walls for the areas that were damaged presenting the apartment in a condition that was on par if not better than the previous condition I initially inspected the apartment in, all thanks to her guidance and effort.Sarah was an invaluable asset to what was a complicated purchase and I will be returning to her for future property purchases.Thanks Sarah!

As a first home buyer, I can honestly say, out of everyone we dealt with during the process, Sarah impressed us the most.
