The old lady behind the counter today, who I believe is an owner is one of the rudest people I have ever seen in customer service. Can’t believe she is still in business. If you hate your job that much it’s time to retire.

I've been to heaps of newsagents and the staff they have working here have to be the sourest bunch of girls I have come across.if they don't like being there they should have someone who does.

Nextra Newsagent in MarketPlace Warner has a good selection of magazines and assorted paper supplies. It also houses an Australia Post outlet. At times the front counter can be quite busy as a lot of punters purchase their lottery tickets here.

Unfortunately the customer service was condescending and actually, downright rude. The counter service girl was wearing a Harry Potter Tshirt and obviously did not want to be working there. I would go out of my way to shop at another newsagent in the future, even though this is the closest newsagent to me, especially since she had the audacity to question whether my mother was worth spending so much money on. Yes, yes she is worth it.
