BEWARE! Get your quotes in writing from this guy. My sister phoned him with fridge make, model, and what the problem was, and he quoted her $110 to fix it (was blocked), and then charged her $280. My sister queried the amount which he'd apparently forgotten, and so she went to her bedroom to retrieve her handwritten note from their phone quote, and when she turned around, he was right there - HE FOLLOWED her to her bedroom! She paid it, but then felt taken. I phoned him on her behalf to query the huge difference between quote and what he charged, and his first explanation was he had to bring a second person. He did this without my sister's consent, and no warning that the cost would be higher. He then tried to justify the cost by saying the only way to access the internal drainpipe to clean it, was to lift the fridge onto stands, remove the compressor and re-gas it. He did NONE of that. You can't charge for work you don't carry out! Very disgruntled!

They are donkies. Damage plaster, paint, 2 indoor unit hanging clips, wrong wiring, left the outdoor unit open in rain and took the electronic board and machine cover. Didn't complete job. Police complaint lodged and donkies came back to put the cover back on machine but stolen the electronic board. We need to buy the new machines. This happened to two machines. Never use the donkies. One is 60 year old and other one is apprentice with no basic knowledge. These people are Greek. Lilydale Police looking on this matter.

Stay away from Chris at all cost... He takes days to complete one unit installation and the A/C unit installed stopped working within a week. He wouldn’t take your callAfter so much complaints he agreed to come and never showed up.Then not picking your callWorst experience !!!!
