Be very careful that you do not leave any valuables in your car when you return it, left snapshade sunshades on rear windows when i returned car, rang hertz the next morning, shades were not there and was told by staff that I probably never had them in the car, very untrustworthy and rude staff,

My wife and I received a hire from this business as she had a accident in her car, the car was organised by Suncorp. On the first day we realised something was wrong with the tyres as the warning light was on the dash, we took it back and we realised they didn't check the tyre pressure, they had a go at pumping them up but next day the light was on again. We took it to Bob Jane and they said they hadn't pumped them up as all are the wrong pressure. What sort of business can't even pump tyres up to keep customers safe.
