Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Unfortunately this is the closest pharmacy to me so I go here sometimes (only when I absolutely have to). The staff are really rude for no reason and the pharmacist Graeme speaks down to you when you ask for help.

The best pharmacy I have bern too in a long long time. They are very knowledgeable, caring and always offer good practical advice. I keep all my prescriptions on file and I am a carer for my elderly father - they help me keep track of all his high care needs.

You should not sell those medicines to customers which are expiring soon. Better keep those medicines out which are expiring in a month or so.

Definitely do not recommend this pharmacy.I went in this afternoon to get my script filled but I couldn’t work out how to use the e-script on my phone. The pharmacist looked up my name on the system and read out the medications I had taken previously out loud without any care for my privacy at all.He was completely unprofessional on how he treated me.

I go to this place when I visit Medical One, very handy to have a pharmacy and pathology place in the same spot as the doctors. Always very friendly there (been going since 2014) plus they have organised medication from a compounding pharmacy as well when I needed it. A few times if they didn't have something in stock they got it in very quickly and let me know. Thanks!

Quite unprofessional pharmacist (Thuy, I think). While I was waiting for my script to be filled, she received a call from a patient. After getting off the phone she discussed personal details (including names and history) of the person and their family. She did this with other staff and quite loudly so all the customers could here. Seemed gossipy and quite unprofessional. I'm sure the patient on the phone wouldn't appreciate you sharing personal details in public.
