Bad experience! I purchased the private session holiday intensive program months in advance and got mixed up between Week 3 and Week 4 in my memory, instead of Week 2 and 3 as the enrolment plan. They did not call to check why my son did not turn up for five sessions continuously. Yes, I accepted it as it is my fault. Nevertheless, there should be some communication with parents that show they care about their customers, especially for private session one on one like that. They just take the money and do not care. Today they suddenly sent out the cancellation notice of the school swimming program, which I had to pay two months in advance to hold the place,due to no teacher. That is ridiculous of them... And yes, it depends on your luck to have a good teacher. Sometimes, you could have someone who has their mind elsewhere while teaching your kid

Scam.. They design class policy in a way that you can't use token, and they expect you to call on the day you want to swim rather than booking ahead.. Who does that? Living in 18th century.. What a scam

There are some great teachers but it all depends on luck who you've got.Assessment is also depends on who as well, feel like the assessment is not very consistent.Calling during the busy re-enrolment period is not a good experience, but otherwise most time the staff are friendly.

This place would be so much better if they had some airflow through the inside area. Instead it's too hot and humid when you're not in the pool or too cold when you get out of the pool. Get some air flow happening and balance out the air temp and humidity vs the water temp like all other indoor pools manage to do so people aren't feeling sick after going there.

The receptionist Friday afternoon is very rude and obviously lack of customer skills plus no willingness to customer service at all. This is a kid/ family business so if you don’t understand kid/ family matter; then you should not work here.Instructors are ok but constant change is a problem.

Enrolling in adult swimming lessons was one of the best things I’ve ever done!Although I knew some basic swimming techniques, my breathing and my timing were all over the place, and I wasn’t comfortable in the water. I could only swim whilst breathing on one side, and often the way I was breathing, (or not breathing properly) was making me anxious.Since taking the lessons, I am now able to swim bilaterally, and I am comfortable and relaxed.Our swimming instructor Pamela, was fantastic! Her communication and feedback was clear and she was encouraging.There were four participants in the group. Pamela tailored the lessons to match the swimming abilities of each of us.She not only taught us great skills, but gave us the confidence to be much more proficient swimmers. I highly recommend this swim school.

Lovely staff and great environment. Very friendly and welcoming coaches. Highly recommend.
