Amazing store, service next level, best in the business, been a Telstra customer for 20 years, dealing with the store for 4 years and service is next level, Ash and Joe have exceptional customer service. Dave assisted me with a recent issue with Telstra and sorted the issues within moments. Thank you and keep up the great work

1 month ago I dropped my phone off at the Sunbury Telstra store for a stayconnected phone screen replacement! With many unreturned phone calls and visits into the Sunbury Telstra store my phone has still not arrived at stayconnected to receive a new screen. Every time I asked where is my phone, I was told that they are trying to locate it. In other words they don't know where it is and appear to have lost my phone. This has been going on way too long and is appalling customer service, actually it is no service whatsoever.

The people working here are incredible, I had a great experience with Davlin he was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us. Incredible service.

Went into buy a new iPhone.The sales consultant was locked out of the system so decided to cancel my service and port the number to a new sim card.That failed epically. Been 8 days with no follow up as promised.Will not deal with this company again

Horrible and rude customer service. Went in to buy an iPhone 14 outright today. After waiting for 20 minutes to get served (which is completely cool they were busy). I explained to the lady that I have a plan with Telstra and asked the lady who served me if I could upgrade my iPhone 13 and buy a iPhone 14 outright. The lady who served me said I couldn’t buy a phone without id, which I had with me. Additionally she then she went on to tell she didn’t have time and tried to explain how difficult it would be etc etc. She was just incredibly rude! To which I left and went to Tele-choice next door and bought an iPhone 14 outright. Moral of the story is I was happy to take my $1399 elsewhere based on your rude customer service. Be better team.

Great service with a smile. They go above and beyond to make sure you leave the store fully satisfied as a customer and do everything they can to help you have things resolved and also follow-up I'm how they served you which is always greeted with a smile

Great service in store today with Jonathan. My elderly mum struggles with tech and Jonathan was patient, kind, engaging and took the time to explain everything, without making her feel silly or rushed. A technical fix which involved no sale but she was still treated with importance and value, it was a refreshing experience and can definitely recommend. Thanks to the Sunbury team and Jonathan for this service.

Service is rubbish and the sales reps can be rude and arrogant

Absolutely perfect. Cassie went out of her way to make us feel welcome.Her knowledge of the product we wanted was next to none.We left with new updated phones and feeling confident that if we had any problems (which we don’t) then we could go back to Cassie and we would get the help we needed.We done Cassie and TelstraBruce Worcester
