Waited more than 5mins to pay for a drink and then waited another 5 for the guy to check cash notes aren't fake (when I got it from the atm machine in the same store right before)Bad customer service. Go elsewhere

Called in today to use the car wash. Felt ripped off. $14 for a deluxe wash and it didn't even dry the car. When I got home and had a look at the result, the car was still dirty. Need to do better than that. I now understand why I never see anyone using the car wash.

Stopped for fuel and pie, drinksLady put fuel through on our company card, refused to put rest on my company card.Tried to tell her I come here often. Which I do (well not any more) and never a problem and all she could do is argue with mePoor service at the best !!!!!

Car wash broken. Took my money and nothing, the attendant at the servo wants to see a bank statement to prove I lost money. Total rip off

Store attendant was more interested in listening to the personal phone call he was having rather than listening to the customers. Didnt put my fuel through the computer and didnt give me all the food I payed for. Then came running out shouting that I hadnt payed for my fuel as I was driving off.A simple resolution - get off your phone and do your job.

Just so rude to deal with. They made a mistake with my payment then demanded I go back inside to rectify, which was fine. However, there was no please " or not even a "sorry". They made me feel like I was trying to defraud them.Just so unprofessional . DO NOT USE this servo unless you are desperate."

No Customer Service - Spent $14 on car wash at my local United. Arrived miles away at my destination only to find my car was still filthy. Took photos to show United. Had to quickly source a 2nd car wash from a different vendor to get my car clean for appointments. On my way home I stopped in at local United and asked for refund of the $14 dollars ... received usual evasive responses car wash owned by United"

Coffee is very weak and not particularly hot. Kids did not like hot chocolates (a first). I was told we got a 'meal deal' if we bought hot choc/coffee with donuts. Rung up the order to then be told that the meal deal did not start until later in the day. I think this was an honest mistake, but this is what drove me to write a review.I cannot recommend. There is a 7/11 on the other side of the road...
