The lady who did my massage didn’t seemed to be interested in doing her job, left me 2 times in middle of massage and didn’t do proper massage. waste of money for sure and would not recommend

It was an adventure!!.. The place is very run down..We did a Groupon package for 2 which was 60min massage, 30min sauna and 30 foot spa...My massage was AMAZING!! My girlfriends sounded terrifying, lots of slapping, chopping etc. She also had a ceiling vent directly above her where she could see people constantly walk pass. The sauna was broken (therefore we was unable to use that but was offered a voucher ( which we said no thanks too)),towel heater didn't work so the massive amount of oil used was not wiped off properly ( mine did but friends didn't) and only 1 of the 2 foot spas worked so I got to soak my feet in blue still water that had rocks on the bottom. There was no towel to dry my blue stained feet so I had to borrow my girlfriends. In saying all of this, we have not laughed as much at all the things that were broken and all the things that did not go to plan. The two stars was for my amazing massage and for the funny story that will make us giggle for many years to come.

Linda, she is very professional, comfortable, experienced & nice. Loved my experience i will be a regular 100%. Highly recommend her!

If you have a groupon, don't even bother with these people. I've been waiting for a month calling them on a regular basis but no one picks up their phone or landline.and even if they do the minute they find out you have a voucher, they give you a sessions several weeks after.If this is their customer service for their advertised product I would not recommend them to anyone. Wish I could give them a 0 star rating!

Wendy without any doubt is one of the best.... She's very positive and energetic... She's got very warm healing hands which is perfect for people with sore muscles. I recommend her to younger ones. For age 45 or above Jenny is good..

I went to see Jenny on a friends reccomendation via FB. At first I couldn't get the online booking system to work for me (My fault), I then messaged the FB page, not expecting a reply until Monday and Jenny herself responded to me even though it was late Saturday night. I was looking for a Monday morning appt, so a very short notice request. She had no appt available but said she would let me know if anything changed. Jenny then went out of her way to reshuffle her day and appts and texted me Sunday to ask me if I wanted a 10am slot. I was taken aback by how accommodating she was. I attended Monday as planned and have to say I had one of the best treatments and remedial massages I've ever had. I felt absolutely brilliant after it and I have since. She even texted me later in the week to see how I was. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be making regular bookings with her. Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable and accommodating.

Bought a gift voucher from Groupon. Went in and asked to book in. Told me the only day they could do was Sunday 2 weeks ago. I said I couldn't do that as I was working. She told me to message the mobile number to book. I did that today. And no reply. Sent a message on Facebook and no reply either.

Wendy is really great.She has strong & firm pressure & uses her thumbs & elbows to hit the trigger-points, just ask her where the pain is & she will get right on to it.Then she does Thai massage if you book in for that also where she walks on your back, glutes & legs.Get her to dig her feet into your lower back, right on the bone.It is so good for lower back pain relief!Very nice & friendly & she is very quiet so you can really just fall asleep during the massage to really enjoy it.I've been to a lot of masseuses over the years, & Wendy is by far the best one.Very versatile & can apply varying amounts of pressure & use them in the correct ways.Just ask her for either soft/medium/strong @ the start of the massage & then relax & enjoy!(1.5 hours--2 hours is recommended for this type of massage) :D

They are very unprofessional. The lady sitting front of reception is unfriendly. Plus in the end our feet were sitting in the “cold” water spa machine and my partner’s spa machine was disconnect power. We told them, they plugged it in BUT the machine was broken. They knew it. What’s the point? You could just tell the truth rather than waste our time. We left earlier and would never come back.
