The girls at Empress Hair are all so genuine and friendly. I'm always greeted with a smile. It's a really comfortable environment to get your hair done. Cassie, does my hair and I have never been disappointed at the quality in her work. She always listens to my needs - I can be quite particular about certain things. I like watching other people get their hair done while I'm waiting and all of the girls do an amazing job!

I have been seeing Ashleigh for a little while now at the Sandgate store. The service is always outstanding, it’s a lovely place to relax and get my hair done. And am always so happy with the finished product. Ashleigh has moved to the Murrumba Downs salon so I’m trying that salon for the first time today.

Felt really good about myself till I went and met Cassie at the Bridgeman Downs salon. Ended up leaving without anything being done as I was completely overwhelmed with her shutting down any thoughts I had. Wanted to charge $255 for what I was paying $140 for at another salon. Absolutely gutted.

I visited the murrumba Downs salon today for the first time and was so happy with my experience, everyone was so lovely and they did the best job on my hair! Even better than more higher priced salons. So happy with my outcome, thank you so much!Will be coming back!

Saloon at Murrumba downs very bad experience. Never go there. Lady said 37$ for normal hair cut but then charge 57$ and hair look same. No proper hair cut. Expensive and inexperienced staff.

Ashleigh at Sandgate Empress Hair has been doing my hair for the past 4 years and my hair has never been healthier.I love how much knowledge she provides within the hairdressing industry I couldn't be in better hands.I'm so glad I have found my forever hairdresser and I look forward to seeing her every visit.

Maddie at Bridgeman Downs did my daughter Centaine Scott's hair last night. IT LOOKS AMAZING. Really lovely salon, girls are all super nice and very very reasonably priced. GOT TO BE THE BEST LITTLE SALON ON THE NORTH SIDE by far.

Staff at Bridgeman downs salon are amazing very friendly outgoing down to earth ! Highly recommend only thing I would suggest is maybe looking into getting afterpay ? Apart from that incredible.
