Served by Steve with excellent customer service and a smile. The pizzas are true authentic style pizza and the prices are comparable to other pizza businesses. Pick up and delivery services available. Pizza Napolia offer a large variety of pizza and pastas plus ice cream.The closing are 9pm and not the 9:30 as noted on their sign. They offer inside seating and outdoor seating. Easy disabilty access. Not a great deal of parking and not disabilty parking. Great garlic pizza bread and homemade pizzas

Great pizzas with many options and sizes. Friendly staff and great online ordering platform. Pizza is ready fast and I have 15 + orders and haven't had an incorrect order

Horrible experience. Took over an hour. Was told in store it would be another 10 mins and took a further 40 after that. Pizza was undercooked, cold and dough was uneven and underdone also. Pasta had no flavour and service was terrible. Not sure if they have changed owners since we had it last but we paid $63 for one pizza, pasta and small garlic bread and we will not be back.

I really love supporting small local businesses, but the pizzas I ordered tonight were pretty poor.The flavour of both pizzas tasted lacklustre, and the pizza bases were something you'd expect from a store bought McCain pizza.The garlic bread looked and tasted exactly like an oven cooked Woolworth Garlic bread as well. Certainly not worth the $50 spent for the meal, very disappointing.

I have driven past everyday for 6 months since I moved to EP, with the first round of the afl I though we would give it a try to save cooking, wow, what a great little gem this place is, polite staff, great pizza, and value for money was spot on, you know you are going to pay a bit more for quality pizza from a local operator, but the size of the large was heaps bigger than the chain" pizza stores and were perfectly cooked. Great work guys we will be back."

I wish I took a picture of my pizzas! I ordered online through the website before the store opened. If you're wanting an order earlier, I'd recommend phoning up to order at 4pm as their online system doesn't register until 4.30pm. The staff were really friendly and professional. The young gentlemen were really professional and helpful which was refreshing. The quality of the ingredients were noticeably of high standard. We paid $3 extra for anchovies and they didn't skimp ! I highly recommend trying their potato pizza with pesto base.... the best pizza I have ever had! I normally eat a large pizza to myself and their large size was filling... I had a couple of slices leftover. Yes the prices are more expensive than domino's however you get what you pay for and you'll get some amazing pizzas from Pizza Napoli ! Highly recommend treating yourself to some quality pizza. Will be back.

I had an amazing experience at this pizza restaurant! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and they made sure that my every need was met.The pizza itself was absolutely delicious - the crust was crispy and flavorful, the sauce was tangy and tasty, and the toppings were fresh and perfectly cooked. I particularly enjoyed the unique flavor combinations that were offered on the menu, and I can't wait to come back and try them all.Overall, I highly recommend this pizza restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal in a welcoming environment. Five stars!

Really disappointing experience recently. Normally the service is great and the food, but neither matched the expectations previously set. Two children ran the front of house the evening I visited, and after being told 20 minutes for my order - waited over an hour - followed by being told the second pizza still had 10 more minutes.I asked if I could talk with whoever was in charge, and even that couldn’t be accommodated as everyone in the kitchen refused to be accountable. Its increasingly dissappointing that you pay out the nose for terrible service and burnt food.

I had placed an online order and after being prompted to spend more money to be eligible for delivery, one and a half hours later the meal arrived. The items were incorrect, containing foods I am highly allergic to. When contacting the store the employee could be heard having a conversation and told to lie about what had happened. I was told they'd run out" so I was given a substitute (without calling to confirm the change with me first). When questioned about this
