Nic is a true IT professional. His knowledge of computers never ceases to amaze me, and his ethics combined with a determination to offer the very best customer service will ensure a very high customer retention.Nic went above and beyond to very quickly fix a major issue I recently had with my computer. I know for sure that I will be going back to Alpha1 whenever I have any future computer problems or need an upgrade.

10/10 would go to again!Nic was amazing! He explained to me what went wrong with the computer, in terms I could understand. He was kind, experienced and knew his stuff. I was so thankful for the service, my problem was fixed quickly, cheaply and completed within 24 hours. Would recommend to anyone needing anything for any computer!

I cannot recommend this place enough. Especially the man that helped me. Nic was the man that assisted me with my custom build. He didn't hesitate to help me in anyway he could. He explained everything to me in detail and made sure I understood exactly what everything was and what it did. He showed me the temperature of my components and the stress tests. He reassured me on any worries I had and he gave me a great price. I highly recommend Alpha 1 Computers to anyone who has any computer needs.

Called on the day to get a bois update on my motherboard and he went above and beyond to fit me in his busy schedule, got there on the same day and he fixed all my problems and more. He gave me so many helpful advice for a first time PC builder, very passionate of his craft. 100% would go there again if I have any PC problems.A very satisfied customer.

I returned again with a strange fault on my PC and Nic went above and beyond to assist me. His expertise is absolutely first class. I’m an an ex IT guy and the best way to describe Nic is that he is the IT guys IT professional. It is rare to find a great IT professional who has such great understanding of current solutions and can translate into old school language and be cost effective at the same time.

Nic did a fantastic job fixing issues from my custom built pc, one issue was not fixed by another computer repair shop. The issues were obscure left field issues and he fixed them in a very timely manner. Great service, great customer service and great price. Would and have highly recommend his services at Alpha 1

We received a 5 star service from Alpha1 Computers back in mid 2020. Nic was very helpful and knowledgeable. He honestly went above and beyond. I also emailed him afterwards for advice on the best computer to buy within my budget and he provided this advice for free. We’re taking another computer in soon for a look in and have no doubt we will receive another great service. Thanks Nic!
