DeniseThank you for your assistance with completing mediation between myself and my daughters father. Both Mike and yourself were very welcoming. I had no expectations attending the mediation session and I believe you were able to assist both parties to communicate openly with one another to discuss any concerns we had. The day went smoothly and did not seem to be overly stressful for either party. We left with a parenting plan so this is a positive step for our young daughter and the start to positive coparenting.Again thank you!

During a period when it feels like everyone only want your money, it was incredibly refreshing to have Mike mediate for us. Not only does he care but he goes the extra mile.

The mediating panel here is obviously well experienced and educated. In particular, my experience has been with Mike Emerson. Resolving your disputes outside of court with dignity and without excessive costs, is the aim of the business. I highly recommend Brisbane Mediations.

Utterly useless. Was not prepared for the mediation and charged me 2 hours for reading material I disclosed. The other party refused to disclose and Mike was happy to take them at their word". Mike wasted 6 hours of my life and was clearly interested in making the day prolonged to make further income which I had no choice to pay. Not interested in a fair result and clearly not professional at mediation. Talks a lot about himself and how he is there to make a judgement on you and you on him. My understanding of mediation is that the mediator attempts to engage both parties. Previous attempts at mediation with other mediators refused to go ahead one week prior as the other party refused to disclose. Mike was happy to go ahead with nil disclosure from the other party which was at my financial detriment. I would never recommend him.As I am unable to respond to your generic response

Denise and Mike helped us navigate through a very stressful settlement. I really thought that having both of them as a team mediating was ideal. I was quite stressed when beginning the mediation and Denise was very good a picking up on my exact worries. Mike was always asking if I was ok during the process. I felt that they were both working for our best interests. I would definitely recommend Denise and Mike as they were excellent throughout the whole process. Thank you!

Absolutely horrendous. They completely stuffed up my matter and overcharged me double! All Mike Emerson wants to do is tell you how great he is and how he used to be a mayor of somewhere as if that is something to be proud of. Do not trust them!
