Very poor customer service, do not want to hear your needs. Overcharge on a simple job of sizing watch band and when asked to add another link were unable to do so

Too expensive.Limited products.Not value for the money.Every other jewelry/watch repair shop didn't even wanted to charge for helping to change a watch band.This shop charged $15.Never again!
