Toowoomba Medical & Dental Centre

In so far as I'm aware Toowoomba Medical and Dental clinic is Toowoomba Premier bulk billing medical surgery.Dr Christopher Tuttle is not only a proper old school English gentleman is one of the finest physicians I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by.The staff here are extremely friendly and the service is absolutely top-notch. Five stars plus!

Had the worst experience with one of the doctors, she didn't listen, didn't check the swelling from an infection and didn't want to check for a temperature, even after being told it's creating severe pain and has come up over the last 24 hours. Had to persuade her to give me antibiotics.

Called today and call was automatically put on hold without anyone speaking to me.I was on hold for 15 minutes, so my mum called while I was still on hold and she got answered within 5 minutes.Extremely disappointed

We were treated so well today. Seen at reasonable time frame as a walk in patient. So much respect from the front counter, doctor nurse and to the chemist. Thank you so much

Came in for an appointment, had an older woman who works there suddenly storm in and yell at me while I was trying to talk to the receptionist, saying I’d parked in the wrong park. There are plenty of ways to deal with a situation like that. I’m honestly appalled at the customer service here, she left me upset, embarrassed and almost in tears. When you are going to the doctors already dealing with a medical issue this is the last thing you need.

Most unhelpful, unfriendly, unwilling to assist for any reason staff. Tell me again, why do you want to be Medical Receptionists?? To have control over everyone else?? What an absolute joke of a Medical Centre". Would rather push you to the ever long wait at the hospital than actually assist with the issue. YOU ARE A MEDICAL CENTRE - START BLOODY ACTING LIKE YOU ARE HERE FOR THE PUBLIC!"

I saw Monique (I am sorry if I spelled the name wrong) for my care plan and then again for my care plan review. She is absolutely fantastic. She is caring, really listens, is SO easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable. If I could, I would see her every time. I highly highly recommend her.

Well what a waste of time that was lol I spent over an hour on the phone only to be told that we can help you and the help they had was very basic if that ....do you know what there places have the best mission statement and talk them selfs up but at the end of the day what they say and what they do are very far apart I would love to right a better review but on this case I would have to conceed to a simple basic poor service resection est was a cut and dry plank of wood

Absolutely terrible, I was told DC was going to help me with my Suboxone as my last DC got closed down, he knew I only had one more dose left as I explained everything to to him, upon driving all the way to Toowoomba from Lockyer valley just for him to laugh in my face and tell me he can't help or he'll be like my old DC, and that I'm just a burden to him, I told him right away that isn't my intentions I just wanted to continue my medication and him being the last DC to actually be able to help me turned me away with a shrug and smile to go home and go thru withdrawals from a high dose of suboxone and not be able to run my business, I'm very unhappy and will NEVER return to that clinical C to see anyone let alone DC turtle
