Greencross Vets Noosa Civic

Don't sign up to their care plan unless they EXPLAIN the terms and in my case they DID NOT and then proceeded to charge me when I cancelled. Not very nice at all.

I had just moved up to Noosa and got a puppy, i would have thought Greencross to be a reputable and honest vet, unfortunately i had the opposite experience. My puppy fell ill and i was told that signing up to their HPP subscription would be a money saver. Although, they did not disclose the terms and conditions to me. AFTER i cancelled my subscription i was then charged with all the discounted vet bills at full price altogether. They could not figure out what was wrong with my dog and lacked communication, he was stuck at the vet for a whole day just for a blood test (they still didn’t know what the issue was). After being fed up with the lack of communication and the poor service i took my dog to another vet and they not only diagnosed my puppy but prescribed medication in under an hour and only costing a FRACTION of the price of greencross.

So kind to my little pup on his first visit. Will definitely be back.

Could not have been more thankful for the Green Cross team at Noosa for how they cared for our Spoodle Daisy as she went through a bad bout of HGE. They were always friendly and happy to give updates, you really got the feeling that they were the best mixture of professionalism, knowledge and genuine care for your pet. For anyone caught in the predicament of your pet being unwell, rest assured they will be in great hands. Thanks Green Cross vets!

Jacqui from Greencross Vets was wonderful with my little dog. She was caring & thorough with her examination. The lady on reception (sorry name?) was also lovely.A nice clinic all round & feel very lucky to have this available so close to home.Thank you!Cheryl

Doc Mya is the most skilled, compassionate and considered vet I have come across. She always considers the most economical treatment options and doesn’t try to upset which is common in my past experience with other vets. The surgery has great facilities and has the added bonus of housing a 24hour emergency vet. Charlie on reception is efficient and friendly. The other nurses and staff are great too. I have three fur babies who manage to get themselves into strife regularly Sou can speak from experience!

The veterinarian Lauren and her beautiful vet nurse Jodie were extremely professional and took amazing care of our dog when we brought her in late last Sunday night. They did everything they possibly could before we decided to euthanise her. Even in this process they took the utmost care and were so kind and compassionate. I am very grateful for everything they did and am so appreciative for assisting us to say goodbye to our beautiful Myah. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You did and will continue to do an amazing job and I am so glad you were both working the night we brought her into you.

Great, caring service! I know that our new kitten, Bambi, is in good hands, anytime we have to head to the Vets. Also, they were lovely, previously, when it came time to say a very sad goodbye to our 15yo old cat, Misty.

OVERCHARGEDMy Daughter worked for greencross vets Noosaville for over 4 years. In her contract it outlined the staff discounts. Whenever she took our dogs into the vets the staff said they didn't know how to work the staff discount out and we would have to go back once they worked it out. One very rude staff member Michelle called up my Daughter on her day off demanding she go into the vets to pay her outstanding bill as it was overdue, she explained she had been asking for the staff discount to be applied for over a month. The staff member demanded my Daughter go and get her contract to see it. Having had a closed look at all the invoices we have not had the correct staff discounts applied! So if you work for Greencross or Pet barn contact fairwork and trading standards. absolutely shocking
