Petstock North Lakes

Attempted to buy 2x gold fish. After a 20 question interrogation, like I've tried to do something illegal, my kids are told the fish we have will die a horrble death (a quick google says not). Ended up not getting anything. Could have been handled quite a lot better.

Pet stock VET have been absolutely amazing with my beautiful boy. He recently passed there but they did everything they could to make him feel comfortable and at peace. They always helped us out as much as they could with finances and any issues we had and looked after him to the best of their ability. Special mention to Dr Sarah who was there through his medical journey every step of the way and the wonderful team there. It was a place he loved, not feared.

I normally love these guys, but the new staff they have put on need an education on etiquette.I waited in line for 8 minutes (noone was in front of me) several staff members walked past with no eye contact and, no acknowledgement, when there was a person to serve me, the girl asked a staff member if she can use her register and they had a very indepth conversation about a product, I didn't get any acknowledgement such as I won't be a moment" while I stood in front of them waiting to be served and listening to there conversation for another 5 minutes.I know those times seem a little short

Large variety, spacious store with abundance of space for car parking. Being next door to a vet is an advantage.Store is almost always well stocked and staff are friendly and helpful. Being a member helps with slight discounts in prices plus the ability to look up your purchases in case you need to return or exchange an item.

Right next door to the vet, great service and good prices. They are even pet friendly and my dog loves to visit here, whenever we go to the vet we will always pop in to take a wander around the shop, you never know what you did not know you needed... We get all the things we need from here food to bedding to bowls or a leash. Friendly staff who seem to be passionate about animals. We love to visit this store.

We used the Vet for our Dog to have an operation and long story short it was a rort! Absolutely terrible communication and it cost us over $500 for a blood test. We had to ask twice for blood test results. Once we received the results we ask another Vet for there option and they said there is nothing wrong with him as he is a old dog.Looks like we are using a new Vet now!What a total waste of time!

Came in to look at buying a fish for our son. Customer service was poor. We had to find someone to help us but then she served another customer before eventually coming to us. (We were waiting 10-15 mins before being served)She was very hesitant to sell to us & was pretty much trying to refuse sale. When I said that I would come back in a week her mood instantly perked up.I was only coming to Petstock since my parents bring their dog to them & they have had lovely service from their store but this one I’ll go else where.Anytime I do come in I have had pretty ordinary service. The pet groomers have always been lovely but anything to do with a fish, I haven’t had the nicest of interactions

Stopped in to get advice on my peach face love birds. Staff were happy to listen and offer advice. Suggested I use their online vet chat which I intend on using to get further advice on my pet birds as there is video call available and saves me stressing birds out by physically taking them to a vet. There is a neat range of goodies for all types of pets (bought my cat a cute feeding dish which is flat to avoid whisker fatigue!).

Very happy helpful staff. Store was clean and well stocked. I purchased lorikeet food and there was a couple if options on the shelf.

This place is all about documenting everything wrong or might go wrong with your pet, so you cannot use your pet insurance. Please dont take your pet here.This place is looking for money, revenue for there business..... they are the worst, unknowledgeable vets i have ever met. Be very careful what you go in for.
