Roger fixed our leaking shower, then because most of our house taps had slow leaks and none had been maintained for decades, we asked him to look at and fix everything.Roger installed a new sink unit after trying way too hard to repair the old one, and it's early days but we think he's fixed our banging/knocking pipes too (an unexpected and very welcome bonus).The bill? I don't want to say exactly how reasonable it was, maybe Roger forgot to put a few things on; let's just say it was unreasonably reasonable"."

Roger was prompt and thorough and didn't charge like a wounded bull. Indeed, a previous job was done for us only a year ago where a young plumber charged $360 for an $80 part and 15 minutes. I almost fell over. In direct contrast, then, is Roger. He spent close to 2 hours here, supplied many parts, and was still cheaper! There should be more conscientious people like Roger who is definitely not a rip-off like many services these days.

Roger fixed a cracked mains pipe at the front of the property. Took a little less than an hour to install a new section, detailed what he'd used in excellent detail. Truly professional and amazing rates. I hope this gent will be around for a long time to come, as he's now our go-to local plumber.

Took the call out fee then ignored all phone calls and texts for follow-up, too busy to make a phone call or text to me for 6 days? Lousy service. Not at all impressed! Had to get a plumber who has customer service as a priority to do the job!
