Pickerings Cheap Cars & 4WD's

One of worse experience ever have. Brought the car august 2021. Same day notice that side mirror is broken. I notified the manager. He said they will fix the mirror. Just have to order from Brisbane. Today 25 august 2022. One year past still waiting for my car mirror get fixed. Every time talk to the manager. He said they are posting to my address. I don't understand which mail company they used, Which takes 1 year to deliver the parcel and get the things fixed. I request to future buyers never do business with them. I never post a review on something. But this time they really testing my patience.

This car yard absolutely pushes the boundaries of safety for its customers, and deliberately deceive them into buying something they know very well is not mechanically sound.I wonder who they bribe to get road worthy certificates, as the cars are downright dangerous and unreliable.The level of deceit is astounding and the after sale service is abysmal.Do not buy a car from here if you want something that is safe and reliable.

Very uninterested sales staff. The car we went to view had just left on a test drive. We looked at a few others. Never got an offer to sit in the AC whilst we waited. Then when it returned they did not approach us,... we left...

Bought a used car from this crowd years ago and it was a lemon from the get-go. I spent copious amounts of time running this dodgy car around to Pickering's nominated mechanics who would constantly think that the issue was with the throttle body of the vehicle and clean or adjust the intake screw.I ended up having a retired mechanic (family friend) fix the issue when they decided to hook up a diagnostic scanner and reset the onboard computer which solved the issue. Why couldn't Pickering's mechanics figure this one out in the 5 - 6 times I had to take my car into them? It cost me time, money, and effort.I just can't believe that this crowd allowed me to roll around in that vehicle knowing that the car would just stall as I'm driving home from work. That was the primary issue, other issues were side mirrors didn't work and wouldn't adjust, aircon lost all coolness within two months of ownership (obvious re-gas of a dodgy system for sale - this is illegal btw).Deplorable.This happened in 2009 - 2010 and I'm still bloody salty about it.

Presume this is the 2nd car place....if so good vibs but no catacories that fitted my needs...this was found in Ayr, p/u tomorrow,excellent service very pleasant people....
