FRAUD. Booked for carpet stretching and cleaning. Contractor was sent. Had to pay on the spot (he watched while I paid direct to Sam's Maintenance) then never came to complete job. Seems never even started job. Said he would email invoice stating paid. Never received invoice. Invisible Carpet Repair - no ABN no ACN. Probably not even based in Australia. Not at all wanting to speak with me.

I was quoted a price to repair damage to my carpet, this price quoted between $150-200 per patch. Once Garry the repair man arrived the price suddenly became about $200 more than the highest price for the job. The reason given was the way the carpet was installed it needed special tape. When I told him I’d sent multiple photos and close ups of the way it was installed the installer was rude to me. At the end of the job he left a large bare patch in the back of the wardrobe which I was told when I made the booking would be infilled, when I brought it up again he was rude and said that wasn’t part of his job. I emailed John who did the quote after Garry left and never received a response.Overall the job was completed besides the patch in the wardrobe but I would not use these guys again based on this experience.

I ordered 2 of your services for cleaning and stretching carpet in a unit.On January 17 (with 8 hours of delay with respect to the announced time) 2 of your workers came. One operated the cleaning, the second responsible for stretching could not do the work, he cut the carpet and tried to stretch it. He said that the carpet was wet because of the cleaning and he would have come back the next day at 10 am leaving his mobile phone. I paid the invoice in full, $330 for cleaning and $330 for stretching with bank transfer.This worker didn't come and his phone had restrictions on accepting incoming calls. I called your office and they said that this worker said that the work was completed. In the next few days I called many times and only on January 21 your operator gave me an email address where I described the situation and attached the photos of the current status of the carpet. This email is attached to this letter.Since that time I called many times and I was always receiving the answer that the company would fix the problem in the next hours or couple of days.Finally on January 31 somebody called me saying that he would have come the next day at 12 pm. After several hours of delay I called that number that was not answering and reported the issue to your office. After many calls the operator of your contact center said that they will appoint another intervention in the next half hour.As todate February 3, nobody called me and it appears clear that your company is not in the position to carry out this job. It has been since January 17 that I stay with my carpet cut with limitations in the movements and waiting for a service that I paid in advance.Your Company is totally not reliable and don't able to do the work advertised in the web site.False advertising, No refund for job not done!

Super impressed with this company. They did an awesome job and were super accommodating. In 20 mins they had my carpet issues repaired and I was informed of what they were doing every step of the way. If you need ANY carpet work done - call these guys first!

I could have hired a carpet cleaner from. Coles and done a better job!I was quoted a price then they wanted to add chemicals to clean at an additional cost. Shouldn’t that be included in a quote. I had to do spot cleaning due to the fact the carpet didn’t come clean!

Our 2 hallway carpets had wrinkles. They guys fixed this for us. I would highly recommend Invisible Carpet Repair Sydney. They did a wonderful job.The 2 hallways look wonderful and you cannot see the mending.

I have just had several carpet patches done in my downstairs guest room which had puppy urine stains. I also had a small portion of water damaged carpet in my bedroom replaced.The Workmanship is absolutely dreadful. Definitely not invisible, and patches are not cut evenly, just roughly cut and glued in place. Lumpy, glue on carpet and the worst job I’ve seen. I have had this done before by another company and the job done was perfect! You could not see where he had been. I realize the newer carpet replacing the damaged parts is newer and darker but the workmanship is incredibly poor. Cost was over 2k for 6 small patches and one longer strip. Check out the workmanship and dont bother hiring from this company. I will now require new carpet. Waste of money and damage to quality carpet that originally cost us 40k.

When I booked this service, it used a different name (via gumtree trading as ‘mick’s carpet cleaning’), & on the invoice after using them, it was ‘Sam’s maintenance repair’ but then I just received a text from this business asking me to review them under this new name - the only text I’ve received from them after multiple attempts to contact & complain. The service was absolutely appalling - 2 hours late, when they arrived they told me the clean would be $975 instead of the agreed $130 I was quoted for 2 small rooms. After almost an hour arguing the person agreed to ‘deep clean’ the carpets for $500 which was allegedly different to the steam clean I booked. My carpet was 100% wool, only 3 years old with 3 small stains. None of the stains were removed & instead they completely ruined my carpet, covering it with about a dozen huge gross stains from the dirty water used in the machine, it took them about 40 minutes for the ‘deep clean’ - when I complained it looked far worse than prior to the clean I was told it was just because it was still wet from the deep clean & would dry fine but if it didn’t to contact them for a refund. I contacted them multiple times & they were completely non-responsive - hanging up on me & giving multiple phone numbers to call, I also emailed & texted. I wish I could give this zero stars. I had to complain to fair trading. Save yourself the trouble & book your carpet cleaning through air tasker where there’s a review system & some accountability.
