Victory Curtains and Blinds

I have used Victory many times. The same two installers have been here each time, a large 2 storey home with multiple but sometimes tricky frames needed.Thay have always been prompt and friendly and have great workmanship

Service was absolutely terrible. We were repeat customers with this company after having had a previous good experience. Will not make that mistake again. The first sales lady Sharon was absolutely delightful and she looked after us, but after that the company went downhill. The guy that check-measured was not friendly in any way, came unprepared so had to come back, ended up coming back 3-4 times to check-measure. We were told 8-10 weeks, and after 12 weeks I contacted them to ask where our goods were after paying 50%. Very poor to have had no update from a company when you spend thousands of $ with them. Finally get our blinds however they wont install unless you pay the full balance before they even attend your property. Held over a barrel unless we paid 100%, we even offered to pay 90% but felt it wrong to pay `100% before we had the shutters installed. Unfriendly manager who pretty much said thats our terms and would not budge or compromise. So had to pay then turns out one of the shutters arrived broken, one of the installers was incredibly lovely, the other was the check measure guy who again was unfriendly. The lovely installer did a great job on his room. The other guy didnt install correctly so some of the beading fell down after a couple of days. So we had paid 100% for an unfinished and broken product. Took weeks to have fixed and expected us to consistently take time off work to work around their schedule. Will not go back to this company a 3rd time. Not sure what happened to their service between our two purchases, but they are really letting themselves down. I guess they dont care at the moment because they are getting plenty of work due to covid, but might want to realise that the bubble of work will eventually dry up so may want to treat their customers better than they have done.

After a very awful experience with Spotlight which dragged on unresolved for months Victory have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The sales consultant Maeve was super helpful and gave us a great price. We were told it would be a 6 week turnaround - which it was pretty much to the day! Mick the installer also did a fantastic job and was very friendly. Communication from start to finish of the process was faultless. Could not recommend this company any more highly, would definitely use again!

We had a great experience with Victory all the way from the start of the process to the end. Matt originally came out to do our quote - he was knowledgeable, friendly, on-time and very informative. He kept us in the know how through the entire process which was top notch. The process was smooth from then on out with clear communication along the way from the office too. We love our new blinds and are happy with the price / turn-around time.

Victory are quite competitive in terms of pricing although slightly more than their competitors. I’ve found their service to be excellent and their products are very well built. The staff are easy to talk to and promptly do measures and quotes with slight room to negotiate on prices. Our plantation shutters took quite a while to arrive with them being shipped from China then somehow delayed at the Melbourne warehouse or customs for a couple weeks. Well worth it once installed though. Excellent product

I love my new Plantation Shutters. The rooms look finished now, just looks fabulous in my new bathrooms. Thanks Maria for suggesting them. Also thanks to Ritchie for a perfect fit.
