Was told they had my lost baggage over s week ago and they would call to arrange delivery. Since then I've rang and left messages so many times and no one answers or returns my call. My long saved up for holiday had been ruined

My suitcase wags left behind on Frankfurt and it took 15 days to get it back. During that time I tried to contact them numerous times leaving messages etc but received no reply. I finally did a three hour round trip to the airport to find my suitcase was in the courier van but luckily hadn't left yet so I got them to take it off the van and took it home myself. Just one short message or email would've saved me the trip and the expense

Thomas was an absolutely star locating and arranging the shipment of a lost property item from Bangkok to Melbourne. I had dealings with two other people at the office prior to him; they gave me printed contact details which were old and no longer valid; said they had logged in my claim but had not; and gave me wrong instructions that led to weeks of delays. Fortunately, on my third follow up Thomas answered my email, and from then on service was professional and efficient. If you need anything done, ask for Thomas.

The attention to detail and service was excellent.One of my dogs obviously had eaten something in the garden or was bitten by an insect before I took him to the depot and soiled his crate on two occasions when taken to the aircraft from the depot.I was advised of both delays and the revised flight details.Well done by the staff!

Was a sat so not busy.picking up a dogThe staff were very friendly and very efficient. While no grass they do have a fenced off area to take delivery and allow puppy out.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We are now 6 days without luggage. Have left over 20 phone messages.. rung over 50 times.. sent emails and have had no response at all.. disgusting service and no care for other peoples lost property. Avoid at all costs
