Chemist Warehouse Greensborough Plaza

I have been attending this pharmacy for quite a few years now and have always found floor staff there very helpful. As for the phamacists. nothing seems to much for them, from the advice they provide through to making sure at least one backup of my medication is available. I usually order via the CW app (which, btw, needs to be more user friendly!) and my orders are always ready within a few hours. Special acknowledgement goes to Dida. She is great. Last year, CW opened in Lower Plenty. Even though that store is much closer to me - literally around the corner from where I live - I still prefer to remain with the Greensborough Plaza store.

Rude young lady refused to exchange my item despite the fact that I had a receipt, item was not opened and it was only bought the day before. Very annoying and arrogant staff member.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Was just told flat out no" about a medication that i knew was available behind the counter.I went to Priceline and it was a much better experience."

The item was half price and I was charged full price. I was requested to go back to the shelf and took a photo and then was referred to a store manager". This young guy act like I'm wasting his time. He tried to refund the difference back to my bank account but I'm sure he didn't know what he doing. Until today I receive nothing in my account. The money is not much

Get in with the prescription get got told 15 mins wait, and still waiting after more than 40 minutes. I can understand due to covid you get short stuff, short stuff everywhere due to covid. If you know you are short staff, just don't take that much prescriptions to work on, instead of take it but wasting the patients' time.

Today the 23 jun 2022, at 1720hrs, the pharmacist refused to provide me my prescribed eye drop saying the prescription isn't right and the Dr didn't write the prescription properly and tried to contact my doctor and can't reach her.As am travelling so I need this medication urgently, With the same prescription I went next closest chemist warehouse and the eye drop was dispensed to me without any issue.When I checked my old prescription it is similarly written words by words to this one and the medication was dispensed to me from chemist warehouse in Bundoora.I had few more issues with the pharmacists at this place in the past and from today issue, I don't think that I will deal with them anymore. I have pull up all my prescriptions from them today.Being a Health professional myself, I believe that the pharmacists at this place are uncompetent and unsafe to be working as she can't understand a simple medication prescription.I had repeated similar issues with pharmacists at this place before and won't recommend dealing with such quality of unsafe pharmacists.On top of that the staffs here are arrogant and unprofessional to deal with.I am out of here fot good.

Fix your god dam hours so they line up with the plaza. Why are you closed at 5.30pm on a Wednesday in a plaza that stays open? It says your open until 9pm which is clearly not correct. Fix it because customers work and rely on your hours being correct.i am so angry.

Efficient service for flu vax ! Online booking system worked well and in store service was smooth with vaccine certificate sent straight to email.

I have asked since December for souvenaid its a supplement for the elderly. I keep getting told they are out of stock and it's been ordered. I got fed up on Saturday and told them its always available at St Helena Chemist and is always restocked. I asked them when was it ordered and was advised Nov 2020. They said it's their suppliers fault. Come on, 3 months and no supply get your act together and get a new supplier. No more of my business with you this usually includes, Protein supplements, probiotics, prescriptions, vitamins, eye care products.
