We were long suffering victims of a poor build by a dodgy builder and after an exhausting time at VCAT, it was time to get another builder to rectify our balcony leak. No builder wanted to get involved with our leak rectification problems, but by chance we got to know Vincent and he was the only one who truly made an effort to help us. He connected us to a young, capable builder who finally fixed our leaking issues. I would highly recommend Vincent's professional services because he and the people he gets to work on his projects are knowledgeable, capable, hardworking and professional. It is important to get people with honesty and integrity to work on a job because there are just so many dodgy and incompetent builders/tradespeople out there in the building industry nowadays. We engaged RPtecture Architects to work on our dental practice at Doncaster East. It is in a small commercial property which means lots of physical space constraint but they were able to come up with very creative ideas to fit what we need and want into the available space and still able to meet all the required regulation for a dental practice / healthcare centre.
