We had our new gutter installed in April 2023. The ABC Seamless company provided a good gutter at a good price! We appreciate Russell, the handyman, who helped us fix all the leaking holes on the roof. So, there is no more leaking on the rainy days. Thank you!

We were extremely happy with our new guttering & downpipes installed by ABC Seamless. We were kept up to date with install dates (changed due to rain) every step of the way. The installers were professional and very polite and the property was left spotless when job was finished. Highly recommend this company.

UPDATE 2: ABC management have reached out to discuss what happened and apologise. They have promised they will internally investigate to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Obviously this is an outlier case, no business would survive if this is how they were to regularly operate. Nevertheless this was my experience, which went down the way it did, and hopefully it won’t be anyone else’s.REVIEW UPDATE: “We appreciate your understanding”. This business-pleasantry jargon was spouted a few time through emails when dealing with them. At no point did they have my “understanding”. I didn’t understand why the work was not completed correctly in the first place. I didn’t understand why my yard was left a mess. I didn’t understand why damages were unreported and why I had to chase them up multiple times to complete work and repair damage they had caused. They didn’t have my “understanding”, they had me over a barrel. When I asked for a discount I was threatened with legal action. During the course of all this drama I asked for a discount due to all the problems. They said they can discuss a discount with me and will get back to me. Two weeks later (two days before close of business for the year) I was told they’d only provide a $100 discount off $3500 and to pay in full by the end of the week or they’d pursue legal action. Horrible, horrible experience with ABC.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Absolutely appalled at the service received. They left our front and back yard covered in small sharp metal off cuts, nails, screws and even left a large bracket (which held the previous guttering) out in the open. I called 20 minutes after they left to tell them there was metal everywhere and needed to be cleaned up. 48 hours (and 6-7 follow up calls) later I had to clean up the yard myself for safety reasons. I understand that the occasional piece of metal or nail may go astray, but this stuff was everywhere. I went to the spots in the yard they were working and found multiple small sharp off cuts in a group. These weren’t flying off, they were carelessly left to be stepped on. They took no responsibility for this whatsoever.But that’s not the end of the poor service.They damaged the roof when installing, and failed to tell us. I had to discover is myself. Again, I called to find out what was happening and supposedly they were coming back to fix it (but forgot to tell us about the damage in the first place?). When they did come back, they didn’t fix everything. I specifically sent photos of all the damage, yet when they arrived they fixed one part, then left without confirming any of their work. I had to discover the still un-repaired damage myself, and chase them up AGAIN for the work to be completed.ABC Seamless took no care and no responsibility when completing this work. Find someone else to do the work.

Sam, who came to do the quote, was really knowledgeable and pointed out a couple of problems with the previous guttering job by another company which had been completely botched. So much so that I was nervous to try again.We have not yet had a chance to test the new ABC guttering but I will update this review when it rains.Rob, who did the installation, was very expert and gave me a lot of confidence.I look forward to the house drying out after many months of stress.Thank you ABC!

I recently had the leaf guard system applied to all external roof guttering. Seamless did a great job . Bruce who fitted the leaf guard system was very professional, on time and removed all rubbish from my site. All in all a great job so hopefully will never need to clean my gutters again well done to the Seamless crew.
