I want to give 5 stars to the staff especially to the Asian lady name CONCHA. Very respectful, attentive, calm, friendly and patient towards customers.I shop often in Tommy and always see this lady so professional and very knowledgeable with the items they had in store and when her colleagues is on trouble in the POS. She treat all the customers equally. Don’t know what’s her position but she is a best example of a good employee the company needs.The company should recognise her! I came last week for further extra 30% on sale items and glad that I came back yesterday and it’s still on! There sale items are very reasonable prices and cheap!I always had a good experience shopping in Tommy Birkenhead!

Came all the way up from Newcastle for the day shopping and this would have to be the worst customer experience if I couldScore lower I would .We spend a lot of money at the Pitt st store and they are always helpful there however The lady on the birken head outlet on the change room today 18-07-22 was so rude, condescending, and arrogant. My sister in law lost a diamond earring and we told the employeeAnd asked if could please shake the clothes to check, Could not care at all. Instead stood down to me in front of people in the line, after I personally handed her all the clothes we had tried on in two piles with the clip of how many items and she said twice were are the other clothes you tried on. I said just there, no where are they show me what you have done with them. I went over and counted them in the two piles totalling 7 And the change room rage for total 7 items. No apology and then she said well where the ticket????. ( how am I suppose to know the ticket is, you work here)Disgraceful service hence why we left and left the item I wanted to purchase

Very rude staff with no manners at all!! Went for shopping with full boosted mood but end up ruining my day instead! Some one seriously needs to filter the staff.

Best shop in Birkenhead. I love shopping there best customer service, very friendly staff and very helpful nothing is too hard for the staff to look for sizes. I have gotten to know the staff there especially Pari and Artila they are very courteous respectful and friendly. The staff at the door greet me as I walk in and out.I do not understand why people leave less than positive reviews.I stand to be served and observe it’s not the staff who are rude but the public.I love Tommy and have been to the other stores around Australia and let me say the Birkenhead store is by far the best.If the were more stars I would definitely give you more. I have posted before anonymously but now I am putting myself out there.

I am so disappointed by the service I got from the staff at Tommy Hilfiger Birkenhead. The staff is so rude and especially a girl who was working in the fitting room on Saturday. She was so rude to me and than to a woman who was wearing a hijab, Clearly she was a RACIST or have some issues because the way she was talking to people. I don't know how Tommy Hilfiger HR hired her because she doesn't know how to treat customers. I made promise to myself that I will never ever shop at Tommy Birkenhead and will tell my friends to boycott this store. Homebush staff is far better than the staff at Birkenhead.First we get emails from Tommy about sales and than they call us to humiliate to their store. They need to make some changes to their staff hiring policies.

29/01/2022 , 13:39 hrs.Manager and sales assistant both were very rude. I wanted a fresh piece which was not kept for display but manager and sales assistant both argued saying everything is fresh and bit of scratches were fine. Salesman even added the point that, “ when we buy phone , its gonna get scratched but also we buy it.” The salesman didn’t know what he was saying. But my point is do we buy a scratched phone??? So my experience was really bad .

Teach a staff at cashier how to be polite to customers.Take off the Asian cashier Yulinda from front desk, If customer service agents with annoyed attitude exist. She is rude and no manners.

I entered the store with a coffee mug in my hand. As I started looking for things, the person manning the entrance comes to inform me that I can’t get the coffee mug inside. My concern is not the coffee but the attitude, first I could have been informed while I was entering, second on enquiring where have they written at the entrance that food or coffee not allowed. I was shown the text right at the left bottom of the entrance in a small font. No one can ever see that text. Looks like it’s written there to safeguard themselves. Didn’t appreciate the attitude of person at the store. They lost a consumer for life. Even a highly regarded brand like Tommy, will take a beating because of the people working at the store.

While the store itself is fine, there is a certain degree of training that needs to be afforded to a couple of staff. I'm a regular shopper at this store and while I've always attributed staff's rushed and curt demeanor to busy hours, the latest experience was very unexpected. I see there are other reviews from months ago with similar issues. What's puzzling is why hasn't this improved?I went there a week after making my purchase to exchange a faulty item and 2 staff consulted with each other, then clearly stated the product was fine when they sold it to me and someone would have checked it. These 2 were not there the day I purchased it, nor does anyone check when there are 20 customers queued up. However they were constantly implying that I had ruined the cloth after purchasing. I did not wear it once as I'd picked up a different colour after finding the right fit and found out at home. When I put down my 5 new pieces, one of them kept stating sarcastically Look I'm checking". The whole interaction was as if she were talking to a criminal.
