Very good service, very nice helpful young man served us! He apologised for being short staffed but meals still came out rather quick, over all very happy.

Great Nando's Food as always, just the service was a little slow. To be fair however we ordered at probably the most busiest time. The only thing that I believe they could improve on is kitchen communication.

The food here is so good, so fresh and tasty. The service is always good, the food comes quickly. I have nothing negative to say, I have always had the best experience here.

The worst lunch I had here today.Poor service, no one serve. None of the sauces on the table you can see from the photo. It is not run out for other customers, it is none in the restaurant, and it is 12:15pm. I asked 3 times for the sauce, the first time the staff said will take to our table later. The second time the staff said the sauce run out of stock. The third time the staff get the sauce from the cooking bench to my plate. I am fine so far, as I thought the bottle sauce ran out of stock. But after 2 mins, when the staff serve the next table, the next table ask for sauce then the staff get into the back kitchin take only one sauce to the next table. Yes, only one and there are 6 tables have made orders and waiting for food in the restaurant at that moment. I am really angry, The same staff here, and she should underdtand who is the first and the second, but she totally ignore the customer. The angry point is she cheat me said the sauce ran out of stock. I asked to the staff why, and she said they are busy, but you have time to get one sauce out. After this happen, no one come to our table to said anything. Don't go the nandos.

Took over an hour for food yet again. We used to be frequent customers. The repeated long waits for food have become too much. Order was placed at 6.45pm for 7.15pm. Upon arrival was told it would be a further 20 minutes. By the time I finally received my order it was 7.50pm. The turnaround time wouldn't bother me if the store was just honest about it. That way I wouldn't have to sit with other irritated customers and could instead be at home.

It's the best Nando's restaurant in the entire Brisbane. The quality of food, their standards and staffs really amazes me. I recommend everyone to visit nando's kenmore, you will definitely love it.

Great food served by great staff. Of the five or six people working here, everyone had a smile on their face and seemed to really enjoy working there. So nice to see.

Great food, really food service!!! Really enjoyed my meal here at lunch today 5/5. Really solid value and unreal taste. Love the sauces on the side
