I have just had the pleasure of having Luke installing a new NeoSlider Gate system after my old system no longer worked post a power blackout. My first contact with Luke was on the phone after a power failure and after being turned down by x4 people. (I had spent the afternoon ringing around trying to get help and being turned down or being put onto someone else) So by the time I met Luke I was angry that nobody was interested in helping me. He not only helped me to re engage my garage door to the motor over the phone, he made an appointment with me with in two days time of which he could look at my gate motor. His promptness and eagerness to help me astounded me. Everyone else was either not interested or there was a two week wait.So within 1 week Of first contact I now have a brand new system that’s way better than ever and it’s even compatible with my garage door. Luke’s communication and explanations of how and why is superb. I definitely give him an A+ on his report card.

You want honesty, experience and customer service well this is who you use, he knows garage doors. After warranty issues with another company they said my door was to big for the motor I purchased, it was my issue. I contacted Luke and told him the drama and I needed a new stronger motor. Yes he could of came and installed a new one and be on his way but he insisted on looking into at my motor incase it could be fixed to save me money. If he couldn't he would gladly install a new one. Anyway his experience and fault finding solved the issue and saved me heaps of $$$ on spending on a new one. He also spent time and taught me how to maintain and what issues to look out for to get longevity out of my door and motor. You get what you pay for and I did with 100% Garage doors. Luke is a professional. I recommend his Business 100%.
