I emailed to enquire the price of an item I saw advertised but they insist I call them. No way, Jose! I don't wish to end up on their bloody phone list receiving endless messages. Never got the price so I gave up!

My pop bought drill bits from this company a year ago and they didn't even last 3 months; customer service didn't even help at all, just said they couldn't do anything about it despite the warranty". Definitely do NOT recommend buying from here!"

I paid $11000 for a 30 day free trial of the TV-shop Bambillo Perfect Fit bed. I had many difficulties getting a refund when I returned the bed, and they only returned $8000 back to me. I asked for a further $2000 to be returned, but not forthcoming.How's that for a free trial?The bed itself had a lovely soft mattress. The massage function was variable although not to my liking. The zero-G function was - I can only say minimal. Hardly noticeable. The foot raise and head raise was not functional on one side of the bed. Delivery was poor and unfinished, and follow up support was non-existent. I offered $100 an hour for the delivery man (a local) to come back and help. No reply.The bed is made of iron, (very heavy), made in China, not German as advertised. So heavy that you won't want to re-package and return it.TV-shop advertising was grossly exaggerated. Don't be deceived. Take it at half value. Better still, don't buy anything.

This is my second gym purchase from TV Shop. I have always found the staff there very helpful. I have not had any faulty equipment with the smaller stuff. The delivery is promp. They always see if I can pay off with a discount the larger items I pay off monthly. So always a thumbs up .

If I could I would give a zero for this company.Most appalling service, communication and underhanded way they dealt with me as a returning consumer of their products.I will never ever deal with this company again after the absolute stuff up with a skinny stacker order where the salesperson offered a deal to purchase these stackers through them over the phone instead of what I wanted to do which was get them through the website so I could pay by Afterpay.I was to get 2 full price stackers and an additional 2 stackers at half price.I was sent two stackers only and invoiced at a higher price.When I phoned to complain I was told they would send out the other 2 stackers but they charged me for them - when I phoned to get a refund on this charge is when my problems escalated. After nearly 2 hours on the phone trying to sort this mess out I told them I would just cancel everything and send them back.Due to their major stuff up I am the one who has lost a considerable amount of money over this, not them.To all prospective purchasers - BE WARNED - make sure you get everything in writing before you actually make the purchase especially where they offer discounts or things outside the normal purchase.My experience has left me very angry and out money and that is why I say SHAME ON YOU TVShop.You got me once but you will never get another chance as I am done with the appalling way you treat customers. GOOD RIDDANCE TO SHODDY COMPANIES LIKE TVSHOP.

If I could give a zero i would. Think this is the worst customer service ever. Ordered the instachill. 1 hour later called to cancel. Now its been delivered and I specifically cancelled. Tried numerous times to tell them I cancelled the order so I shouldn't be liable for returning it back to them.I hope people never buy from here worst company I have ever come across. Money hungry mongrels is all I can say and so pushy NO MEANS NO

Wanted to but the Air Hawk ‘2 for 1’ deal… If want to buy 1 the price is $120 but if wanted to take advantage of the exclusive 2 for 1 deal the price is $220…Way to waist 15min if my time with your Hugo’s ‘exclusive offer’.

Terrible customer service… we bought a steam mop vacuum which came faulty we requested a return which they originally kept refusing. After awhile they allowed an return which we sent it back in April it’s now at the end of June. Our postal office says it been delivered and signed off by the company they are lying saying they haven’t received anything. We’ve had 40 calls from them in a week with continuous lies. The customer service is just terrible. We asked for a supervisor they refused so we threatened them with court. Biggest waste of $1k.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- I purchased a product over 5 months ago as a one off and now 5 months on they have taken more money with no authorisation. Have tried contact the cancellation team who refuse to put me through to the right team. They also said they cant do anything as it was already shipped yet couldn't provide details of shipping! This is the biggest SCAM and need to be held accountable. Had to cancel bank card and now taking further action. BAD BUSNIESS!! BAD customer service! DO NOT BUY.
