Went on the free factory tour. Would definitely recommend if visiting Adelaide - great to hear about Haigh's origins. We had lots of lovely free samples and got to see all the factory floor.

The Haigh’s factory tour is a great way to gain a first hand insight to the amount of work that goes into making a piece of chocolate. The process is explained from raw material to finished product helping you to have a more mindful experience eating the end product. The free samples are also a nice gesture.

Haighs chocolate's never disappoint. On this occasion, I bought peppermint frogs, scorched almonds, Easter eggs, and a box of assorted milk chocolates. They make great gifts. As you're choosing your chocolate trove, staff offer you tastings. Yum.The factory shop also has seconds. I'm guessing the chocolate was pointing in the wrong direction (sic). There is definitely nothing wrong with the product, and I'm happy for a discount. Caramel milk bars were awesome. Solid caramel that becomes chewy as it warms up in the mouth, covered with beautiful milk chocolate.

Dropped in after work for some mother's Day gifts. Everything looks tempting, its hard to choose.There were quite a few 'factory seconds' to choose from, including delicious easter treats.

A really interesting look at how Haigh's makes their chocolate. The staff were lovely. Every time we visit the stores the staff make the experience amazing.The factory itself is small so not heaps of walking needed. Be aware that parking is limited on site however you can easily park near by if need be. Best of all there is a shop filled with various delights and even some factory secounds. Plenty of dark and milk options. Was also pleased to see some white chocolate options as well.

It was great to learn about this family business and how the chocolate is made. We were given some samples of chocolate and it was delicious !! Really good tour and so many choices of chocolates in the store. Fantastic!!

Enjoy the self tour here. It's not a big factory but you get to see how the production of Haigh chocolate. Touch of love and care from those who works there. They are nice and friendly. Would recommend to visit if you have spare time in Adelaide

If you are a chocolate lover, go there. If you are not a chocolate lover, definitely go there. Because you get to sample some free chocolates. The tour is very informative and really makes you appreciate fine chocolate making. Staff were very friendly and are so passionate about the company and their chocolate. Special thank you to David who not only let us join the tour last minute but makes the whole experience to Haigh's Chocolate factory so memorable. The only thing Haigh's needs to do is open a shop in Brisbane.

Wow, I've always loved Haigh's. It's been my favourite chocolate for over 20 years but found the factory tour has made me love them more. Katharine was an excellent tour guide who gave us so much information in such a short time about the history of the company and how the chocolate gets made. I was then surprised to see how much gets made by hand.You must book for this tour as it gets so busy even mid week. If you love chocolate, then this tour is for you

Wow, small compact with a shop attached. Tour was well organised. David walked the participants through the history, management and explained the end to end process. Needless to mention, he shared some yummy samples too.
