Usually have an awesome experience at Zarraffas.... Apart from the wait. Today the wait was worse than ever, staff didn't seem to know what they were doing and the Benny bagel was dry, tough and had next to no filling in. Cost $10! Very disappointed.

Zarraffa's Coffee Warwick
Zarraffa's coffee is renowned to be pretty good and Warwick didn't disappoint. Service was great and staff where friendly. We done the drive throughout service, expect to wait in line for a number of minutes. Line up can get large at times and people tend to get annoyed and will honk there horns and yell at you if you leave a space for cars entering and exciting there car park. Overall coffee was great and some locals can be very rude.

Extremely slow, each time I've been, huge waits in drive through, sometimes up to 40 minutes. It's incredibly frustrating, :( I'd never go if the line was out to the rd like it often is, who knows how long you'd have to wait then.

Crazy Easter Monday visit and they.were quite busy but still had time and the right amount of staff to get most coffees and food done in a short space of time, like a well oiled machine they were ducking and weaving around each other to get all the items required on each order. Always happy to chat about your wishes for your order while they were organising the items.

Always waiting long period of time, one of the coffee machines has not worked for months, for such a big food chain and extremely popular business you would think they would get this fixed so customers are not waiting long periods of times, service is wonderful from the workers

Very slick service and heaps of lovely hot & cold beverages.I counted six staff and all were working hard and really friendly.I’ll be back next time I’m in warwick.
