Always great food at Deep South. A huge disappointment my online order made direct through the Deep South website ‘disappeared’ - and resulted in a huge wait time, given the order wasn’t ready on scheduled pickup. System or processes need review.

Had the Americana burger tonight, what a burger! packed full of flavor and real chick breast. Absolutely will be back. Easily the best chicken burger I have ever had. Staff are kind and helped me out with choice as well. Edit: Had the same burger from another place week later and what a disappointment. Far to much sauce, wasn't crispy chicken and was just not good at all. Seems this place has a real hit or miss depending on whom is making it.

I think that I was too much believing all the 5star's reviews but not for me. It was not crispy at all and ch wings was too salty. My family even could finish all.A bit better than KFC.

Easily the best chicken burgers we’ve had in SEQ, the most reasonably priced too, and well worth the 45min drive to get them. Was not disappointed at all, just wanted more, and the staff were awesome!!The chicken tenders were also top class, all in all a very satisfied family of 6! Shall be back ASAP for more deliciousness!

I accidentally hit collection in menulog when I ordered and had no car to collect the order. The amazing staff went out of their way to drop our dinner off. Chicken is always spot on too!
